A bit costly but the attentiveness of the people that worked there is amazing. They axtualy sat on the floor with me and my girl. Both vet dr and nurse. Made me feel like she was apart of this. Made me feel like it was more then just me visiting a vet. Made me feel like we where at a Dr for her and me. Like she was an actual part of the experience. I didn't get the answer I wanted but I got the answers I needed.
I have been bringing my animals to Warm and Fuzzy for several years now. The doctors and techs provide wonderful care. The office staff are friendly and great at what they do. The lobby and treatment rooms are always spotless.
I can't say enough about this place. I had heard of it and saw great reviews, but I never knew exactly where it was, except in Middle River. I noticed my cat Chester urinating frequently and when I looked, there was a small amount of blood in his urine. I called them and was expecting to have to wait at least a week for an appointment, but I was pleasantly surprised when they got me in the same day! They knew this was somewhat urgent, and didn't want Chester to wait, which was great! The staff were also great, and Dr Caplan, who was filling in, was amazing.
