“My husband and I had a great experience at the Ten Spa as part of our Winnipeg getaway. I messed up the online booking a little bit staff on the phone corrected it perfectly for me! Staff on site were all great to deal with. We had booked a couples massage and were fortunate to get Mya for myself and Lindsay for my husband. Both gave incredible massages. I have to give a shout out to Mya who managed to work magic on a bad hip that I struggle with, and whatever she did lasted ! The pain relief was such a welcome and unexpected outcome of a relaxation massage. Nice selection of snacks and a quiet relaxing atmosphere to enjoy your time there.“

“We were visiting family and decided to treat ourselves to massages and the thermal experience at Therme. The experience was great but there were a few minor things that didn’t make it excellent.

I recommend arriving at least 1 hour before any treatments so you can enjoy the hot cold plunge. Ideally plan to spend at least 4 hours here. More if you can, and have a meal at the restaurant. The food is excellent. We ended up having pizza at the biergarden and loved it.

The thermal pools are a good temperature definitely not too hot. I’ve been in much hotter Scandinavian spas. The cool plunge was also cold enough but again tolerable not crazy cold. We went on a Tuesday afternoon so it didn’t feel too busy. But I’m sure it can get very packed on weekends.

We booked relaxation massages which were also great. The flavoured waters and teas throughout the space were also great.

Throughout the day there are other experiences that you can try, the steam room & scrub is great. The Aufguss sauna experience was good. I wanted to also attend a sound bath but unfortunately we didn’t have time as it is only offered twice a day.

In the summertime there is a nice ‘beach’ area with hammocks and hanging beds that is very relaxing.

The only things that made this experience less than perfect was that they do not provide any slippers when you arrive and they don’t mention this anywhere in the website when booking. So we had to either purchase slippers or walk around barefoot. Also in the change rooms they provide everything - shampoo, conditioner, body wash. But no moisturizer or deodorant. Again would be helpful if I had known this before arriving.

They also never offered to replace my wet towel and robes, but my husband was offered this. So they are not very consistent with service.

Small attention to detail things would have taken thus from a good to an excellent experience especially for the price you pay.“
