“I got the keratin treatment. I love it. But I think the lady didn’t rinse my hair well enough on the edges of the scalp, the back bottom hairs are fried and one side of my side burn is fried. The service was great but just needs to rinse the product out a bit better. I wish I had said something when rinsing. Also didn’t part my hair before starting the flat ironing. I was going to mention it to her. I don’t know if the fly aways on top of my head are from that. She did a great job, other than the 2 factors.“
