I booked a deep tissue session and Ann immediately noticed areas of tightness I didn’t even realize I was holding. She’d pause, call my attention to it, and explain why that muscle was likely tight. What I loved most is she didn’t stop there, she alsogave me tips to avoid that tension going forward, especially for work-related strain.
