Stylist: Did not take calluses off my heels. Did a “ fluffy” job. Nail polish not drying, suspect it was old polish. Nails not painted nicely…can see the white parts of my nails. Worker didn’t speak English or French. Couldn’t make myself clear to her. She didn’t know how to drain the water and kept reaching over my painted nails!“

As someone who deals with anxiety, going to a new salon can be intimidating for me, but I never felt uncomfortable or judged here. I have long hair as a guy, and unfortunately I’ve had experiences with other stylists making me feel judged because of it. That definitely wasn’t the case here. She also gave me some really helpful tips on how to take better care of my hair and keep it healthy. I really appreciated that she took the time to explain things instead of just doing the service and sending me on my way.
