I would say based on those reactions alone this is a place that really loves and cares for dogs. The photograph below is Freyja after only a half day at Fetch.“

“Christie's private training changed our life!

We were struggling with our dog Zira's increasing reactive behaviors. We felt in over our heads and were experiencing negative impacts on our own mental health due to the situation.

We scheduled 3 private training session with Christie in our home. To start Christie spent a lot of time talking with us to learn about our family dynamic and routine as well as Zira's history. When she came to our home for the training she took her time observing our neighborhood, home, yard, and Zira. This is something we never experienced with other trainers before. Christie really made us feel like she cared about meeting Zira where she was at and finding out what uniquely would help Zira thrive.

Once she had a good picture of what Zira was struggling with we worked together to build a plan that would help everyone. Previous trainers we have worked with have always stressed the only way to fix things was to be consistent with training exercises, a near impossible feat for a family eith small kids. With Christie she developed a holistic plan for us that was compassionate to our families limited time. Some of the things she suggested for us were; changes to Zira's space in our home, adjustments in how we were bringing Zira out into the community and how we brought people into our home, and training/mental exercises.

Understanding the root cause of Zira's behaviors has empowered our family to support Zira rather than feeling guilty for failing her.

I can't recommend Christie enough to anyone who feels overwhelmed by difficult behaviors with their furry family members. She is the best!!“
