It has almost all your pet needs, for whatever your pet is. I've bought crickets for my toad and anything you need for you cat, dog, fish or even bird. The have grooming services by appointment, not sure if they have a drop in? They have tons of litter options and food choices. Grooming tools, pet beds and even Halloween costumes and Christmas outfits are available too! If you download the app you can earn points for in store purchases. They have an option for auto delivery for products to be delivered to your door on a regular basis, therefore you don't even have to leave your house. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Petsmart Leila has always been our go to place for our dog. All of her grooming appointments have been here, her whole life. She will be 13 next month. She receives the very best care at her appointments, consistently. The service is professional and personable. We always feel welcome and appreciated after every visit. She looks clean and beautiful after her regular grooms. Thank you for the excellent care for our fur baby.

I had ordered a delivery item through door dash and what was sent ended up being the wrong thing. The staff at the store went above and beyond to fix the issue and personally delivered the right item (something they offered to do unprompted). Mistakes happen - but I really appreciate the effort to make it right! Well beyond what I would have expected.
