Well educated in animals and very helpful friendly staff. The dog trainer very experienced and knowledgeable very patient i believe the store is very lucky to have such a talented trainer

I brought my German Shepard/great Pyrenees in for a trim and bath. I didn’t get good service from the petsmart on regent so I was a bit nervous, but I absolutely loved the outcome! It was done very well by Kateryna. The staff where all very nice/welcoming to us and all the dogs. The liela location definitely surprised me in a good way. And although I live across the city I’d definitely come back! If you’re going to a petsmart for a groom, this is the one I’d recommend.

Just returned from Petsmart Canada Leila Avenue location in Winnipeg MB. The last time I was there was back in mid July. Our Basset Hound Jasper had his nails cut there as usual. Unfortunately when he returned home from his pedicure he was limping and putting no pressure on one of his legs. He was in pain so I contacted my Vet. He was able to see Jasper later in the day. It cost me $178 in Veterinary services to diagnose that Jasper's nail clipping was most likely the culprit for his lameness. This limp lasted a couple of days and then Jasper was okay.
