This was our ( mom and I) first time visiting. I had learned about the studio from a Facebook post by a friend and his partner. I decided to go and get a gift certificate for my sister-in-law for Christmas. I thought I would at the same time make a booking for mom and I. Well!!!! What a great gift to us. We were greated well by the lady at the door. I was worried about parking as I did not have change. She offered to enter the car info into an app and it would just then be added to our final bill! AMAZING! WORRY FREE PARKING! Our attendants, Nicole and Shelby were AWESOME! They were kind, courteous and above all very professional. The space is well lit with great views. It is clean and attention to cleanliness and hygiene is top notch. The suoervisor, Katelyn (I hope that is her name) was attentive to the client she was assisting as well as to the others leaving the studio. She seemed to know their names which tells me that repeat clientele is very much appreciated and cared for. Mom was in heaven with her mani and pedi. She claims she will be back for a pedi This was her first pedi. I too, had a pedi ( only lol). I felt so realexd. The mood music in the background transported me to a moment of bliss and relaxation. We were so impressed with the service provided and the professionalism shown. I have posted our experience on Facebook and Instagram and the responses are overwhelming. There are many people inquiring where it is. P.S. Yesterday, we drove to the Corydon Avenue site. It no longer is there. I just recommend that a business with such amazing professionalism and amazing customer pampering, should update the website. I WILL RETURN AGAIN....WITH FRIENDS Thank you for a great experience.
