A good haircut experience depends on understanding the customer's preferred style and paying attention to the finishing details. Clear communication before starting the service helps establish expectations and achieve a suitable result. A comfortable setting and an organized approach can also contribute to a positive visit.
A proper consultation is an important part of choosing a suitable haircut. Discussing hair length, shape, and maintenance requirements before starting helps clarify the desired outcome and makes the service easier to understand.
Kim knew exactly what she was doing, I showed her a picture of what kind of haircut I wanted and she nailed it. She’s super talented, I hope to come back for future appointments!!
