Do not use this company!! The service techs walked in and immediately tried to upsell me by twice the price. After spending 40 minutes, they claimed they were done. I told them that $300 was a lot of money for 40 minutes of work. They went over a couple of areas. My carpet is not clean and I paid a lot of money for it. Pathetic job.

Great communication re time when company would arrive plus arriving at the time they said .. Friendly and respectful and my furnace cleaning and duct cleaning was well done .. all in all was very satisfied with all the work that was done

I'd leave less than 1 star, if possible. It's very sad that super value has purchased a long-standing respected duct cleaning company in Winnipeg and is in the process of destroying their good name. Like the other reviews I've seen, we were quoted $299 plus $99 for dryer vent cleaning but final bill was $783.89 to include 2 additional main ducts and 8 "sealed" joists. These were all cleaned as cold air returns by Air-o-vac. Exactly how a 70 year old house grows new main ducts seems incredulous. My husband said the upselling started the moment they arrived. I called and spoke to Rodo, the manager, who told me the technician had my husband's signed agreement for the extra...read full review
