“For a second year in a row, these guys, namely the technician, performed as agreed. I found their groupon for whole house. He called ahead by an hour for a heads up. I vacuumed my floors and moved light furniture and things so more carpet is exposed. He said my carpets looked good and we didn't need spot treatments. He didn't use additional chemicals as this was the basic steam and deodorizer treatment. My carpets smell fresh and look great. Have exact change available for tax which groupon does not cover. While he estimated it would take approximately two hours to clean he cleaned for over three hours. He pulled the sectional pieces away from the room's walls, to ensure he even did the hidden back panels.

And while the work took longer than he expected - in part because he thought the sectional was a little smaller than what he saw in a photo I sent him - he honored his original quote.

The service cost - even with what should have been the correct quote - was reasonable for the amount of time and effort he put in.
