Very nice day to make an appointment. Technicians arrived on time. Had quite a few carpets to clean as well as upholstered items. And staircases. The guys did a fantastic job with all items. The only flaw I have is with the owners. I always used tip the guys on credit card. Now, they can not put a tip thru the credit card machine. I felt so embarrassed because I only had a little amount of cash with me. In this day and age, there should be no issue whatsoever giving a tip the same way you paid for the service.
