“Very nice day to make an appointment. Technicians arrived on time. Had quite a few carpets to clean as well as upholstered items. And staircases. The guys did a fantastic job with all items.
The only flaw I have is with the owners. I always used tip the guys on credit card. Now, they can not put a tip thru the credit card machine. I felt so embarrassed because I only had a little amount of cash with me. In this day and age, there should be no issue whatsoever giving a tip the same way you paid for the service. These days fewer people carry cash or write checks. Everything has become electronic. The people who suffer are their own employees. The owners are literally cutting their livelihoods. “For a second year in a row, these guys, namely the technician, performed as agreed. I found their groupon for whole house. He called ahead by an hour for a heads up. I vacuumed my floors and moved light furniture and things so more carpet is exposed. He said my carpets looked good and we didn't need spot treatments. He didn't use additional chemicals as this was the basic steam and deodorizer treatment. My carpets smell fresh and look great. Have exact change available for tax which groupon does not cover. See you guys next year.“

The first time was only a family room area, but he did a great job at a very reasonable price. I can’t believe how much better our carpet looks compared to who we previously used.
On the second time we had an emergency. We had
