652 Tremont St 1 Rear, Boston“I just finished three months of PT here and had a wonderful experience. Julia was great to work with: knowledgeable, educative, attentive, personable, and fun. I had been dealing with a groin injury from rugby for about a year, and was just coming off a frustrating experience with another PT provider which felt very copy-and-paste and lacked 1:1 attention. The individualized, 1:1 sessions here were a refreshing change; Julia used a comprehensive approach to treat my injury and educated me on everything we did. I’ve come away feeling stronger, healthier and more knowledgeable about my own body, and even have a personalized gym plan that Julia developed with me over our time together. I can’t recommend Julia and The Method enough- worth every penny!“

209 Columbus Ave, Boston“I went in to see Dr. Morley with pain down my left leg that woke me up at night and would not allow me to get comfortable. I even had gone to an ER, where the doc told me it likely was just restless leg syndrome and take some Tylenol. Sure. That didn’t work. She probed and decided that some of the soft tissues were rather severely inflamed, then massaged, stretched, used some sort of electro-stimulator gizmo and gently manipulated. She then showed me hip stretches and an easy core strengthening exercise that even could be done in bed. All that gave some relief, stretching and ibuprofen that night helped reduce the pain more, and after 2 more days, the pain was gone and I could move more freely and without pain. Periodic “tune-ups” with her since then have kept the hip flexible and the pain away.“

360 Brockton Ave Suite 205, Abington“I had the best care here! Everyone is so nice and inviting into the office/gym was clean and organized. Curtis was my primary PT but all the therapists help each other out. They always ask if I wanted ice at the end of my session and I always said yes! Great place to get healthy and back to where I wanted to be!“

386 W Broadway, South Boston“The South Boston Bay State site is convenient, clean and professionally run. My physical therapist Liz F. was personable and confident in her therapy role. Evaluation for my hip injury was thorough/precise and my exercise plan reflected that. Every week ended with a positive. After working with Liz, I can now bend, tie my sneakers, get in and out of a car without pain. The outcome was better than I could have hoped. Thank you, Liz.“

45 School Street Ground Floor, Boston“The absolute BEST treatment center I have ever been to. Excellent physical therapy and life-changing sports massages. I wish I had found out about this place years ago. I saw Dr. Kayla Serowik and Dr. Christine Frechette for physical therapy, and both of them were amazing. Not only did they show me the exercise to treat my issues, they also helped educate me on what I could do to prevent future injuries. On top of that, they were both incredibly patient and encouraging - therapeutic on multiple levels! I also get sports massages from Michelle Herrmann, and this has been a game changer. I have gone to a wide variety of skilled massage therapists (sports, deep tissue, Thai, etc.), and Michelle is the best, by far. Her massages are so healing and have helped my performance so much, as well as stave off potential injuries! Before going to Wellness in Motion, I really struggled to progress in any sport because I got injured so often. Now, with the amazing combination of physical therapy and sports massages, my body is healthier and stronger than it has been in over 20 years! Incredibly grateful for this place. Several of my friends have gone here as well, all with similar experiences. Most of them have gone to see Lauren Lozier, who is also amazing!“

“Scott Hall was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was extremely consistent, knowledgeable, relaxed, and fun. He made the experience enjoyable, despite the pain that PT inevitably causes. The vibe at the Weymouth Club was on point, and sometimes included with great conversation with other therapists and clients. I highly recommend this location. If I’m ever in need of PT in the future I will absolutely be contacting Bay State so that I can work with Scott.“
