Everyone we talked with was very friendly and understanding and especially John who I mostly dealt with throughout the process, he treated us as if we were his actual family. I truly feel blessed that he was there to help us through this time. The love and compassion he had for our family during our loss was just amazing. My parents donated their body to science, and years ago arranged through another entity to take care of it. They did not respond at all and never returned my phone calls. During the course of the service and transfer, the Brezniak team was handling details, directing mourners, providing water, seating, interacting with the cemetery, and entertaining my nephew.
