I lost both of my parents in 7 months and John and his amazing staff made the entire process so easy and comfortable. In January was when I lost my mother and I was frozen, I had no idea what to do where to even begin. David greeted us on our first visit well prepare, professional and empathetic at the same time. He outlined the process carefully and assisted us with our choices when asked. At the completion of our discussion and agreement we were given written confirmation of all the details and legal matters that they would be taking care of.
The full staff was there to assist us during the wake, funeral and burial services and ever vigilant to our needs. It was very comforting to know we were in such good hands and we thank them with full hearts.
