“I had a wonderful experience at EveryBody in Mind Wellness Center. The Somadome meditation pod was amazing and I will definitely be booking more sessions. I struggle to keep my mind from wandering when meditating for extended periods, but this experience changed that and I found myself surprised when the time was up! I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated and can't wait to explore some other offerings this hidden gem has to offer!“
“Place is cheerful and extremely clean. Hannah is welcoming, warm, easy to talk to, listens well, is well trained, and gives an excellent massage. We had 2 different kinds of massages, both excellent.“

30 Monument Square, Concord“If you are already a yogi or just looking for improving flexibility, I would recommend checking out OTM. I started with the 2-week trial; which lets you sample all of their classes. They offer a diverse selection and there is something for everyone. I think the atmosphere is very approachable, so even if you don't think your physique matches some imaginary yoga aesthetic (most of us), it's a positive and encouraging space. The best way I can sum up my experience there is I always leave feeling great!“

“My two girls have been attending DanceFIT classes for years. They started with ballet, and have tried jazz, yoga and acro classes. Every class was enjoyable and they like the options to try different things without the pressures other studios impose on students. It’s so convenient, the staff are all lovely and owner Gina is a wonderful community builder.“

“COVID-19 has definitely impacted the therapeutic massage schedule that is needed for ideal wellness. The Gentle Place is open now (yay!)! I've always been 100% confident with the safe standards Donna and her team use. Now they've implemented precautions specific for SARS-CoV-2 and actually go above and beyond these for safety. The "extra steps" don't impact the therapy of massage and give me peace of mind during this challenging time. Always setting the standard!THANK YOU GENTLE PLACE!!!“

280 Worcester Rd, Framingham“Interesting. The building is in renovation, so the creep factor is high. Once you overcome the horror of the building and walk into the well equipped (but small) studio, you are fine. It's a franchise and each location has its quirks. If you have never done reformer pilates - TAKE YOUR TIME. It can be intimidating. Once I got myself into the studio, it was an interesting experience from there. Expect everyone to be delicately lean and know what they are doing (to a fault) when it comes to pilates. Other skills... well, we all are different. As a latino, I felt odd. As a 12 year zumba instructor, a lot of the mechanics were second nature to me, albeit the instructor for the day tried a "little too hard. Kudos for keeping safety at the forefront. It's not cheap, so if you are looking for price, this isn't the place for you. Given the drive and off of Route 9 (MY NEMESIS), I have some considerations. But I'd like to at least try the 4 pack one on one training sessions to get into the groove and see if this is something I can commit to longer term. As with any other program - work your way into it, unless you are one of the young superfreaks of nature (me, 35 years ago!). Pilates can be a gentle and effective way to strengthen, tone and lengthen, improving posture, balance and overall functional fitness activities (aka life in general). I have mixed feelings but I wasn't totally put off (chime in here F45 Wakeforest, NC area...). It's a logistics thing. If you are mainstream, middle income - you'll find yourself a great place to take your fitness to a new challenged.“

“Laughing Dog is a New England treasure. Jen has been teaching for decades and has put together a teaching team that is truly passionate and skilled. I have loved every class I have taken here, and as a teacher and studio owner myself, this is hard to come by. Andrea, Renata and Daniel are my favorite teachers and are legendary in terms of how long they have been sharing their expertise and experience with their students. Every time I leave Laughing Dog, I leave feeling deeply grateful for the practice and with a renewed enthusiasm for teaching.“

“Intuitive Wellness is one of a kind. The facility is run and managed by highly educated and trained professionals who are invested in the human body, top to bottom, inside and out. Staff truly understand how the spirit, mind and body have influence and impact on one another and they work with athletes to address the "whole self." I would highly recommend setting up a massage with Daniel!!“
