After having struggled and failed on my own to improve a constellation of issues involving my foot, ankle, and knee, I spent much of 2023 working with Mike Racette at CMPT in Westborough. From hands-on work to a carefully designed and frequently updated home exercise plan, Mike found ways to get my pain under control and showed me how to build strength to protect my vulnerable spots. He has qualities that are ideal for any health care provider: patience, knowledge, listening skills, compassion, efficiency, and a willingness to pivot when treatment uncovers other issues. I couldn’t be happier with the experience I had at central mass. Honestly, both of my children went to PT someplace else and the difference in how much more attention the therapists at CMPT is notable. They were also able to provide things like tissue massage and needling that were SO helpful for what I was dealing with. If I have any PT needs in the figure, I’m calling them back!

I can't say enough good things about Mike at CMPT in Westboro. From the initial evaluation to my last appointment, he was excellent at accurately assessing the problem, providing highly effective exercises and making great real world recommendations to alleviate a pinched nerve in my neck. He is a great physical therapist.
