“Really nice little salon! Perfect for those who don't like crowds or noise. Best of all they have online booking, you just have to pay half as a deposit (a lot of places around here seem to be having trouble with no shows). Kyla did a fantastic job and was super friendly and easy to talk to.“

The staff take their time with you, listen and respond to questions with great educational answers and seem to care about their patients. Something that is seeming to lack in the Western MA area as of late. Fortunately, the practice here still treats its patients like people and not a nuisance.“

“I had a very good experience here, particularly with Dr. Max, but also with the rest of the staff. I was really nervous for the experience, but they were able to get me in ASAP for my wisdom tooth removal and everyone was friendly and informative and kind.

I agree with a few comments that said it can be a little hard to get through on the phone lines to make an appointment. BUT, once I did get through, it was totally worth it. Wait time was 30ish minute from time of appointment, but waiting room was clean, front desk was very nice and friendly, and intake felt thorough and organized. I have had bad experiences at dentists so I consider myself a little bit critical and skeptical going in, but I would definitely come here again (fingers crossed I don’t have to!).“

“I had a total of 6 laser hair removal treatments in 2017. I couldn't be happier with the results. The six treatments minimized regrowth significantly to the point that I only have to shave my legs every 2-3 weeks. I read somewhere that most people need at least 9 treatments in order to get rid of all hair and have no regrowth. Like I said I did 6 and love that I can go longer without having to shave. In my case what grows back is very thin hairs(not coarse like before) and it's only certain patches not the entire legs. I would like to get more done some day to make it permanent.“
