I'm physically disabled and the exam room I was in had an accessible, low chair/table I could get on easily and it was nice and spacious for me to move around with my walker. The staff are friendly. The only problem was that the exam room was a long way from the waiting room and it was very difficult for me to walk that far. They did offer me a wheelchair, but I have problems sitting, so using one is not an option for me at this stage in my life. I saw Dr. Sheila Greenlaw, M.D, who I highly recommend. She was very nice and explained things thoroughly and made sure she answered all my questions before she left. I will definitely keep her as my dermatologist!
Had a great experience at New England Dermatology in Springfield. Karla Wytas PAC was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and reassuring. Wonderful person. Highly recommend this practice.
I was really pleased with my experience at New England Dermatology and Laser. The staff were really helpful during the visit.The doctor was very professional and courteous. Dr. Genest is a very knowledgeable and very caring doctor.There is ample parking in the lot outside, too.
