“I started coming to Caroline after not being satisfied with a prior med spa. She is awesome at what she does and explains everything while also taking a natural approach. I also find that her pricing strategy gives the client more value and not having the pressure of feeling like they have to commit to a certain set “amount” of whatever treatment they are getting, which was something I didn’t like about my prior med spa. She was also very helpful with a skin issue that I was having which wasn’t part of my planned appointment but she was more than happy to help me.I highly recommend her to anyone of any age whether you are just looking to preserve youthful features or have more complex needs. “Finally, I found an injector who gave me Botox. I specifically had asked for the brand Botox and kept getting Dysport with the past three different injectors in the West Hartford area. Alicia is the first injector who didn't try to talk me out of it and was happy to fulfill my request. I'm happy with my results. I also had fillers done in my laugh lines and cheeks and it looks amazing. Very clean and professional environment. I'm super grateful to have finally found injectors who listen to what my goals are and meet me expectations. 5 stars!“

“I went to Dr. Overman for Botox of my elevens. While I was there, she asked me if I clench my jaw or grind my teeth. She could tell by my appearance that this was an issue. I have a night guard, but never use it because it makes me clench more and I wake up with an aching jaw muscle. I have had broken teeth and broken crowns because I clench and grind while I'm sleeping. I was waking up with a headache almost every morning. Within a week of having Botox in my jaw muscles, my morning headaches were gone. I wish I had learned about this years ago because it would have saved me a bundle on dental work. Oh, and my elevens came out great.“
