He is punctual, professional, experienced and knowledgeable and actually listens to his patients and acknowledges and addresses all their concerns. “The staff is so warm and welcoming to everyone who walks in the door and if Dr. Metri is between patients he always says hello with a big smile. The technical staff do their jobs professionally and gently, always checking if the patient is doing well or needs anything. When they have completed their tasks, Dr. Metri comes in to check the work they did and discuss anything he or they may have found or anticipate may occur. He is personable, gentle and professional when I am in his chair and he has to fix a filing or replace a crown. He puts me at ease and I know my teeth and their care are being well looked after.
