“They are the kindest, most helpful people! I brought in my wedding dress very last minute because I was worried that I needed an extra inch off the bottom post-my previous alterations. I called, and the tailor was willing to do it with less than two weeks…this is sooo difficult to find as a bride. When I came in and tried it on for him, he was very reassuring that it was the right length, that bridal dresses tend to be a bit longer, etc. He repeatedly told me that it was perfect and so beautiful—great reassurance!! I there was also a small stain on the back of the dress, and he said, no problem, let me remove this for you for free, and then did so so quickly. He then carried it out to my car for me as I’m quite short and he didn’t want it to drag on the ground. Truly a wonderful interaction from beginning to end which feels so reassuring this close to my wedding. I will be back!“

Dependable not only accepted the projects, but didn't ask for special release forms to absolve it of any damage. And the shawls came out beautifully. The special service isn't inexpensive, but cost wasn't relevant for family heirlooms.“
