Two of my shirts had stubborn stains that were over a year old—I almost gave up on them! But they managed to completely remove every single stain. They look good as new!
On top of that, I had two other t-shirts hemmed to shorten the length, and the fit came out absolutely perfect. The craftsmanship is top-notch.

“My tent zipper broke, and instead of looking for a new tent, I decided to bring it to Zipper Hospital to see if it could be repaired. I emailed ahead of time, and Knara responded quickly with clear answers to all of my questions.

When I brought my tent in, Knara fixed the zipper the same day. She was kind, helpful, and clearly explained what the issue was and what needed to be done to fix it. I would 100% come back here for any zipper issues.

“Jack is a fantastic tailor and a friendly person too. He took a rather ill-fitting suit and made it look great, including some more complicated alterations. His work is on the pricier side, ~ $400 (though that included quite a bit of work beyond the basic stuff), but he did a far better job than other tailoring I’ve had done. He also did the whole thing in just over a week. It was ready exactly when he said it would be. He also takes a lot of time with you, which is part of the experience. I’d highly recommend“

“Orlan’s shop was recommended to me from a wedding dress store. He was able to make alterations to the top or my wedding dress and it came out perfectly. They only do one type of bustle here so I had to bring that somewhere else to have done, but the alterations that were done were done well. Orlan’s communication and kindness was also very appreciated. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the way they place the pins was a little scary, they were placed on the top of my dress for the hem measurements instead of the bottom. I’ve never seen that done before. They said when the material is steamed the fabric comes together and doesn’t leave holes but I would def ask questions and determine how they will mark the dress for measurements before hand for peace of mind.“
