Lapels is the best laundry and dry cleaner that I have ever used. So far (and given that it’s been several years), not one item has ever been lost in my weekly laundry. That was never true of any other laundry that I have used. They are amazing, and I highly recommend them.
Excellent customer service at front desk! I needed same day service and they came through for me with a smile! The price was reasonable. I don’t have much dry cleaning needs but when I do I’m going to Lapels!!
Glad I found this place. Other cleaners in Waltham take one week or MORE! I don't have that kind of time for work clothes. Lapels promised 3 days, but it was completed in 2! And the experience was easy - they have the technology to notify you via text - everyone else is behind. So 5 stars - clean, efficient, modern, fast
