The zipper pull on my favorite winter coat broke in the middle of a Boston winter. It's an unusual shape, so the tailor didn't have a replacement on hand, but he told me what I need to know to order one, and once I had it he replaced it for free in minutes while I waited.
I had a great experience getting my wedding dress cleaned and preserved at Belmont Hill Cleaners & Alterations! Absolutely the best value and quality for this service I’ve found in the area. I also brought my rehearsal dinner dress that had a large red wine stain and I couldn’t believe how as good as new it looked upon pickup. The owners are so friendly and are very detail oriented when it comes to their work. I plan to return for future dry cleaning/alteration needs!
The tailor who helped me this morning was very knowledgeable. He talked me out of shortening my shirt sleeves and added buttons to my cuffs for free instead. Will definately recommend this shop to anyone who needs tailoring services.
