Karime is an absolute hero - she quite literally saved my wedding after a freak accident involving an exploding lightbulb and open flame caused severe damage to the front of my wedding dress the day before my wedding. I came to Karime in tears with my dress and she reassured me she could not only fix it, but she could do so in a way that would honor the original design of the dress. She worked through the night and the entire next morning to cover up the burn marks and melted plastic that covered the front bodice and skirt of the dress.
