After the job is done, I felt like my condo is so much bigger and comfortable with all the modern design and fixture Dmitry got me. He even added couple of recess lighting for my bedroom wit no extra cost added. Anytime you call him. 10 out of 8 times he pick it up right away or he will call you back within 10 mins. This is the type of contractor you need. Can’t express how much to work is. The theater was beautifully done and they went above and beyond to ensure little things are done correctly, such as stripping the speaker wires and label all the speakers and their wires (13 of them). “In the fall of 2024, we had the trim of our house painted by the team at Preserve Services. Nei walked around the house with me to review the work plan and discuss alternatives. He provided clear, straightforward guidance on what needed to be done, including any tradeoffs related to cost. He then followed up with a detailed writen estimate that clearly described the work and the plans.

The painting team began with a thorough power wash to remove accumulated dirt and prepare the surfaces. They arrived the next day as scheduled and got right to work. For us, the painting and cleanup took just a couple of days. Throughout the process, the team was professional, efficient, and respectful of our home and property.
