“My wife received her eye exam in another vendor but did not like eyeglass frames they offered. She found Warby Parker online and visited its Burlington Mall shop. She received far better respect from ALL WP shop employees she interacted during her first visit than our previous vendor who had been preparing our eyeglasses for decades. We followed instructions of insurance claim filing given by WP and got expected reimbursement with no hassle.“

I ordered progressive readers to wear over my contacts, but my eyes did not adjust to wearing them all day, the goal of getting the glasses in the first place. I went back and spoke to Giorgio who took his time to understand the issue and had the lenses re-made as bifocals, at no charge to me.
