I've struggled with finding a diet and exercise plan that works for me, but they make it so easy! The owner, Stephanie, is so encouraging. I've never once felt intimidated to go, even on weeks I know I haven't eaten as well. The instructors are all fantastic, I can't say enough kind things about them. It's so nice to be able to laugh and joke around with not only them but the ladies in the class as well. I couldn't ask for a better atmosphere! 10/10 Recommend!“

“I have been working with Chad and I'm impressed with how he tailors each exercise routine to meet my needs. He is very organized and comes to each session prepared with a new exercise program. He keeps things interesting so you will not get bored and your body will not get used to the exercises. I had a fitness assessment done recently and I was pretty nervous about it since I'm not in great shape these days. I was relieved to be put at ease immediately by Chad's manner & friendliness. The whole experience has been really good for me. After he gave me my follow up report, I walked away feeling like I had a better understanding of where I'm at right now and how he could help me move into where I want to be. He is a very honest person and definitely knows what he is talking about because it shows. He knows the difference between what actually works and what is complete b.s.I'd recommend him to anyone who is serious about making positive, healthy changes in order to become the best you and who also isn't afraid of hard work. :o)“
