“Rough! Staff is fabulous! This is zero shade on them. The company is ridiculous and staff have to bear the brunt of horribly run business. “Urgent Care” is the polar opposite of what the company provides. Appointment t for Covid test at 6:50. At 8pm(!!!!!) I was finally seen for a 5 second procedure! What the what??!! I just don’t get it. And now almost 24 hours later no results. Get it together “Urgent” Care!”
