I recently visited Lahey Urgent care with my adult son to say they are rude is an understatement. There is clearly 1 person that stands head and shoulders above the rest in the rude department. We didn’t realize until we left that his blood pressure was 159/106 that was never mentioned but she did make it clear that we shouldn’t have gone to urgent care because we obviously don’t know that urgent care is only for people with an illness. I asked her if she considered anxiety and depression an illness and she didn’t respond. Lahey is a world class hospital i find it shocking that this location has not been addressed.

Horrible excuse for an urgent care. Just like everyone else is saying, the rudest staff imaginable and they don’t take anyone seriously. Just go down to Beverly hospital and save yourself the time and pain.Brought my boyfriend here with severe pain and swelling in his veins. She wouldn’t even look at it. When he tried to get her to look she snapped “look at what!?”Brought him to Beverly hospital, immediately admitted. You will not get the care you need at this place.

Rudest people ever. Don’t waste your time. I’m ashamed to say they are apart of LAHEY. And LAHEY should be ashamed to say they are apart of them. They have turned away elderly that were bleeding. Sick Pregnant women. Children that had laceration. And just are plain rude shouldn’t work in the medical field.Everytime I’ve gone bc they are close to my home I have been turned away when no one was in the waiting area and there wait times show less then 6 min. And they staff is just so rude not compassionate find another site.
