Jim exemplifies honesty and integrity. He has helped my mother on two separate occasions (once with a cracked outdoor water faucet and servicing a tankless water heater). He was honest, gave us the fairest price and was incredibly professional. He was the first person we contacted when our water heater tank gave out over the weekend. He responded quickly and discussed the various options. He saved us thousands of dollars through his honest and professional opinion with the opportunity to change to a gas tankless heater and going the extra mile to find out the water tank was under warranty. All Phases was responsive and showed up and was totally cool with me informing him that my primary plumber was responding. We had two pipes burst from the cold snap and my neighbor recommended them - I would use them if my primary plumber couldn't help out.
