Had a wonderful experience as a first time customer recently. We've had horrid experiences with other septic companies in the past, so this was a very nice change. I love the local family vibe and the dad and daughter duo that handle appointments are just the sweetest. Will definitely use them again.
The Favreau girls were a couple of peaches!! Very nice, skilled, efficient!! Price was right! It was an emergency backed up septic at night and they came right out!! Definitely go with Favreau Septic in Sterling!
The technicians that came out to my house. We’re very friendly, professional, and good-natured. They explained how my system worked, and what was needed to be maintained. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their septic serviced.
