“I have had about 4 lash lifts and tints at other establishments in the past and it’s been a 50% fail rate because of how stubborn my lashes are!! But when I went to Essence of Nirvana today Sophie was very accommodating and was able to recognize that I have super straight and stubborn lashes and worked according to that. I absolutely looooove my results it looks like I’m wearing fake lashes ?? 10/10 would definitely come again and have my lash lift and tint done with Sophie (massage chairs were also amazing) and already can’t wait for my next visit xoxo“

She asked questions, gave me options and listened to what I was looking for. The end result is that my hair has never looked and felt better. I love the products that they use and she explained to me what each one was and how they would help me achieve the look that I wanted. I have naturally curly hair (that I have never liked) and like to wear it straight at times. Katie took that into consideration and has been able to finally help me like my curly hair.
