“First off I have to say that everyone I have talked to, even for the briefest moment at Radiance, has continued to show so much kindness and support for all I have told them about. However, I am specifically giving this rating to Marie who I got "Marie's Signature Facial" from. I don't have much to compare my experience to aside from one other facial I got from a different salon. However, the differences are palpable. With Marie I felt so heard and cared for. She had such a calmness and genuine love surrounding her that I instantly let go of the "professional" mask I constantly wear. In the beginning I was completely ranting, and she was so authentic when listening and giving me things to think about that helped me look at life a little differently not even an hour after I left. For the first time in what feels like ages I felt comfort. I felt calm. I felt appreciated and adored. She helped me see what a treasure it is to take care of yourself but also let others take care of you. I found myself thinking when she left the room during my mask so I could rest, that if I could I would give her a billion dollars, her own fully financed house, and all the skin care she could possibly desire. After all I felt just within that time I was ready to give everything I had to this angelic woman even though I am not materialistically able to. My skin felt refreshed, I felt at peace, and most of all my soul/heart was cleansed. It was the best experience, physically, emotionally, and spiritually I could've asked for.
