“My absolute favorite nail place in Southie. It’s very clean and welcoming in there, the ladies take their time with you and make sure you like the nails they do. They spend the time shaping, no bumps, and not too thick with dip. My nails have always lasted from them where as other places in Southie they rush, aren’t personal and the nails end up bumpy and breaking. Lastly, it’s the most affordable around, they really do take care of you. BEST NAIL PLACE IN SOUTHIE ???“

For anyone visiting from out of town: Sway is easily accessible via public transport (both bus and train; Kenmore stop) and is within walking distance of many hotels. Staff have been consistently warm and notably welcoming to first-time visitors based on my initial experience, observations and conversations overheard while in the waiting room.

Sway has become a part of my self-care routine/rotation (so much so that I picked up a small part-time gig exclusively to fund my spa days). They make me feel like family while there, and their services have consistently left me feeling so relaxed just the thought of an upcoming appointment has become soothing. Based on observation, it seems you cannot go wrong with any of their staff. Based on experience, I highly recommend asking for Lucy, Sheli, and/or Sarah, and asking about integrating aromatherapy when you get there“

Alyesia is an absolute master at her craft. I always leave with unbelievably smooth, hydrated, and taut skin, and the results last for days afterward (something I’ve never experienced in my 10+ years of getting facials). I’ve also learned so much from her, not just about my own skin, but skincare in general. I truly appreciate her taking the time to share her knowledge with me.

As for the products? So good. Don’t let the simple design + packaging fool you. They seriously work! I can’t wait to finish up my current products so I can add more of theirs to my regimen.“
