640 Washington St, Dedham“I have been dealing with acute pain and inability to use my left arm for close to a year before I went to Khoury. I had gone to countless doctors, pain management and chiropractors and even had shots in my spine after being “told” I have cervical spondylitis at a young age on top of other things. After seeing ads for Khoury start popping up on my social medias I decided to try them out cause at that point the doctors were pointing me to fusion surgery which at 28 was crazy to think I would have to have. Sitting down with Doctor Khoury he explained to me my MRI and what’s going on with my spine that no one else took the time to do and gave me a course of action that he believed would work. I ended up doing the Spinal Decompression plan and even though it’s expensive since it isn’t covered by insurance, I decided to put myself first and am so glad I did. I am now back to being able to use my arm, function normally and even was able to try and work out again and do the sports I struggled to enjoy and play while in pain. As a preschool teacher being able to move and function normally again has been such a blessing and my neck and arm only hurt on really stressful days. This is your sign to bite the bullet and try them out, and they are the nicest people too! Honestly life savers and I am so greatful for the help and being able to live my life again!“

480 Washington St #201, Brighton“Commonwealth Chiropractic is excellent. I never usually write reviews, but chiropractors can be hit or miss so I want to pass along the recommendation. It’s the real type of adjustment—controlled, quick adjustment that sometimes makes a noise and often provides immediate relief. I went because I pulled my SI joint deadlifting and the doctor checked me and said he could fix it but he also noticed joint dysfunction in my left shoulder/neck area, which is chronic and doesn’t allow me to rotate my head fully that way. I didn’t even mention it; he could feel it from his preliminary check. Highly recommend“

209 Columbus Ave, Boston“I went in to see Dr. Morley with pain down my left leg that woke me up at night and would not allow me to get comfortable. I even had gone to an ER, where the doc told me it likely was just restless leg syndrome and take some Tylenol. Sure. That didn’t work. She probed and decided that some of the soft tissues were rather severely inflamed, then massaged, stretched, used some sort of electro-stimulator gizmo and gently manipulated. She then showed me hip stretches and an easy core strengthening exercise that even could be done in bed. All that gave some relief, stretching and ibuprofen that night helped reduce the pain more, and after 2 more days, the pain was gone and I could move more freely and without pain. Periodic “tune-ups” with her since then have kept the hip flexible and the pain away.“

126 Harvard St Suite 1, Brookline“I appreciate my 3.5 year experience with Dr. Lisa at Village Family Chiropractic. In 2020 I needed a permanent fix to very odd semi-painful sensations in my arms that arose suddenly, 3-4 times a week. My health plan's remote (pandemic time) PT gave basic relief, but I needed to get to the root cause. Thankfully, Family Village Chiropractic was open throughout the pandemic, and those sensations have never returned. I continue to visit VFC for "tune-ups" and for specific pains (for my aging body!). I always get relief. Dr.Lisa is caring, and an excellent practitioner. Besides the adjustments, it's always a pleasure to spend time in her space, a spacious 1st floor Victorian front room, with bay window, bird feeders, lovely Persian rugs, comfy chairs and sofa, plus interesting friendly conversations. Nothing looks or feels harshly clinical/ medical, and the clients feel like individuals.“

1620 Beacon St, Brookline“Today, I had my first professional bike fit with Dr. Brendan Connor at Wellness in Motion. I’m a 40-year-old beginner cyclist with limited hip flexibility and a sedentary office job, so I wanted to make sure my setup supported both comfort and long-term progress. Dr. Connor began by testing my flexibility and muscle function, both generally and in relation to cycling. He took time to explain what he was doing and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Once we moved to the bike, we made a series of adjustments—saddle height, fore-aft position, tilt, foot placement, stance width, handlebar angle, shifter height, and shifter reach depth. He even removed and rewrapped my bar tape to get everything just right. By the end of the session, my pedaling felt smoother, my hips moved more freely, and my hands carried noticeably less weight. Dr. Connor noted that some remaining pressure might be due to core strength, which made sense given my fitness level. He plans to send me a short exercise routine to help address that. Overall, I left the session feeling much more comfortable and confident on the bike. The fitting was professional, educational, and well worth it.“

45 School Street Ground Floor, Boston“The absolute BEST treatment center I have ever been to. Excellent physical therapy and life-changing sports massages. I wish I had found out about this place years ago. I saw Dr. Kayla Serowik and Dr. Christine Frechette for physical therapy, and both of them were amazing. Not only did they show me the exercise to treat my issues, they also helped educate me on what I could do to prevent future injuries. On top of that, they were both incredibly patient and encouraging - therapeutic on multiple levels! I also get sports massages from Michelle Herrmann, and this has been a game changer. I have gone to a wide variety of skilled massage therapists (sports, deep tissue, Thai, etc.), and Michelle is the best, by far. Her massages are so healing and have helped my performance so much, as well as stave off potential injuries! Before going to Wellness in Motion, I really struggled to progress in any sport because I got injured so often. Now, with the amazing combination of physical therapy and sports massages, my body is healthier and stronger than it has been in over 20 years! Incredibly grateful for this place. Several of my friends have gone here as well, all with similar experiences. Most of them have gone to see Lauren Lozier, who is also amazing!“

“The South Boston Bay State site is convenient, clean and professionally run. My physical therapist Liz F. was personable and confident in her therapy role. Evaluation for my hip injury was thorough/precise and my exercise plan reflected that. Every week ended with a positive. After working with Liz, I can now bend, tie my sneakers, get in and out of a car without pain. The outcome was better than I could have hoped. Thank you, Liz.“
