Excellent first experience. Very welcoming and professional. My consultation interview and examination were thorough and the treatment plan was clearly explained. Upon my request, they took additional time to go over my current insurance plan and coverage so that there were would be no surprise billing and ways to strategically approach a treatment plan. That is real customer service coupled with compassionate care. Looking forward to working with the staff with optimism to treat my chronic pain.
Finding doctor Pourshadi was one of the best things that happened to me this past year. I had lost hope of resolving my pain issues, as I suffer from a chronic, irreversible spinal condition.
