It was a constant battle again all the pilling on this coat + one unlucky time I sat in Burdock burrs. It was well overdue for a cleaning so brought it in. Wasn't expecting a miracle but what they did at Sunny Cleaners was nothing short of one! The coat came back looking almost new. He had spent a tremendous amount of time removing the pilling, which I can confirm was not as simple as just going at it with a pill shaver. “Orlan’s shop was recommended to me from a wedding dress store. He was able to make alterations to the top or my wedding dress and it came out perfectly. They only do one type of bustle here so I had to bring that somewhere else to have done, but the alterations that were done were done well. Orlan’s communication and kindness was also very appreciated. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the way they place the pins was a little scary, they were placed on the top of my dress for the hem measurements instead of the bottom. I’ve never seen that done before. They said when the material is steamed the fabric comes together and doesn’t leave holes but I would def ask questions and determine how they will mark the dress for measurements before hand for peace of mind.”
