This rating would have been a five-star. When they assessed the best I brought to have dry cleaned, they happily said no problem. However, when they saw the label immediately, they informed me of an upcharge to $35. Regardless of the brand,it's the same process. Yes, I still had them dry clean the best, but I'm horrified at the price for the thigh-high jacket from the same brand.
A bit pricey but that I could have dealt with that. My husband had 2 things lost. Unfortunately I had picked up multiple items and tossed away the slip. My advice save your receipt if you drop things off.
This place is awesome! The collar on my favorite coat need to be repaired, and I wanted to keep all metal accents on it, so they was able to fix it in such professional way I can't even tell it was repaired, looks like new. For $40 I have my coat back.Thank you, guys, so much!
