This rating would have been a five-star. When they assessed the best I brought to have dry cleaned, they happily said no problem. However, when they saw the label immediately, they informed me of an upcharge to $35. Regardless of the brand,it's the same process. Yes, I still had them dry clean the best, but I'm horrified at the price for the thigh-high jacket from the same brand.
I have been going here for over 20 years at this point. I think in all that time, and all of those trips, I had one minor problem that they went above and beyond to take care of. They are friendly, easy to work with, and flexible. Their prices are reasonable.
A bit pricey but that I could have dealt with that. My husband had 2 things lost. Unfortunately I had picked up multiple items and tossed away the slip. My advice save your receipt if you drop things off.
