“The couple who own this laundromat are so nice and caring! There were a few times when I had to wash some large blankets and they held open the washer door for me with me asking. When they saw me struggling to take clothes out of the lower dryer, they got me a basket. The dryers are also huge which works out perfect when I do a large load of clothing. I definitely recommend them!“

The manager is always so friendly, whereas a lot of other access point locations are rude, limit the size of items you can drop off, etc. It's SO nice to have this option right in Southie (I use RTR every month, so always am returning packages). “I LOVE this place. I have taken several (8+) suits - and a few dress coats - that I bought to be altered since I first started needing to wear suits about 5 years ago. The first three were cheapish suits from the Internet that after tailoring made them look and fit perfectly. I then later bought four new nice suits and had them all tailored and they look superb. Since then I go there for any article of clothing I need altered, be it new suits or dress shirts. I moved no longer live close like I used to but it is worth the drive. Cant say enough about the service and quality are fantastic. The prices are also very reasonable and less than I expect to pay for the high quality. Highly recommend!“

“This rating would have been a five-star. When they assessed the best I brought to have dry cleaned, they happily said no problem. However, when they saw the label immediately, they informed me of an upcharge to $35. Regardless of the brand,it's the same process. Yes, I still had them dry clean the best, but I'm horrified at the price for the thigh-high jacket from the same brand.“
