“My tent zipper broke, and instead of looking for a new tent, I decided to bring it to Zipper Hospital to see if it could be repaired. I emailed ahead of time, and Knara responded quickly with clear answers to all of my questions.

When I brought my tent in, Knara fixed the zipper the same day. She was kind, helpful, and clearly explained what the issue was and what needed to be done to fix it. I would 100% come back here for any zipper issues.

“Jack is a fantastic tailor and a friendly person too. He took a rather ill-fitting suit and made it look great, including some more complicated alterations. His work is on the pricier side, ~ $400 (though that included quite a bit of work beyond the basic stuff), but he did a far better job than other tailoring I’ve had done. He also did the whole thing in just over a week. It was ready exactly when he said it would be. He also takes a lot of time with you, which is part of the experience. I’d highly recommend“

“Absolute miracle workers! I had two good quality white dress shirts that were unfortunately stained pink. I was unsure if it was possible to fix this, they were honest and set real expectations that it may or may not work, but were willing to help me. They did the impossible and made the shirts look perfectly new again! And the price was more than reasonable. I’m very impressed by the quality of work excellent customer service.
