“In late August, Chris came out to perform a bat exclusion for bats that were uncovered doing house renovations. Chris inspected every part of the house, top to bottom, inside and out. He identified the entry points and installed one-way doors to safely allow the bats to leave but not return. He also patched any other areas of concern to prevent future problems. It's been 3 months since Chris was here and there no more bats anywhere in the house. Chris knows bats. Highly recommend his company. Great service!“

“I cannot say enough nice things about Mike ( Manager), and Jeff (Technician) at Grigggs and Browne. They were both very professional and helped me remediate my issue with mice. Jeff was able to seal all entry points, and even after the external points were remediated, he returned and addressed all internal entry points to the living space. They were able to use both snap and glue traps without poison to safely and effective remediate without danger to pets. Since the service and subsequent visits were completed, we have not had any evidence of mice. I paid $500 for the service, with following visits covered under warranty ( 3 months ). I highly recommend them for all your pest control needs!“

They came in to the property which is a thirty unit condominium, they did an amazing job cleaning this spring they cleared everything removed dead shrubs, trimmed branches in the driveway and parking area, cleared everything out then they put in the mulch it looks amazing everyone was so impressed with the work they did. I highly recommend them they pay very close attention to details and get the job done.
