His team was at our place on Mon morning to assess. Alonso and partner were thorough, polite, took photos and videos of what they were doing on the roof and why. Very professional. Sammie arrived within an hour of my call. She was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. Within an hour of setting the trap, the groundhog was caught.
