The person I spoke to on the phone was really helpful with identifying the yellowjackets and talking us through what we were seeing and was able to get us on the schedule right away. “Bite free for one week thanks to these people! We had come back from an European holiday and while there we had to change rooms and I thought I saw a bed bug early one morning. I didn't think much about it until coming home. After about a week, both my husband and I woke up with bites each morning. I called for a dog inspection with another company and they said I have bed bugs. They also said the bed bugs were ii a suitcase but given that the suitcase wasn't with us on our trip, I wasn't convinced. I called Mike and he was very nice. I didn't tell him we had another dog inspection and I wasn't home when their dog inspected our house but when I received a call from Mike that evening he said there was an alert on the red suitcase which was the suitcase that wasn't on the trip, and that the other dog had also selected. Mike arranged for a treatment and walked us through the heat treat procedure. Gregory, the team leader was amazing, explaining everything. When we got home, it felt bug free (I know that sounds crazy). Waking up knowing that I don't have something crawling on me at night is pure bless. “Back in 2022, I was involved in organizing a check for all the units of our building both with Bite Back and with a dog sniffing company. What bugs we found, Bite Back treated.

Cut to this week. I found shell casing and (what I thought were) fecal droppings, and after a quick anxiety attack, I called Bite Back up and sent some photos.

He identified the casings as old carpet beetle casings, not bed bugs, and helped me identify the droppings. Then he walked me through what I should keep an eye out for in the coming weeks just to be sure. Effectively, he calmed me down.

Since he didn't charge me anything for this frantic phone call, I figured I'd thank him by finally getting around to writing a review for 3 years ago. Our building never had a reoccurrence from that infestation, and he'd stood out in the cold with me for nearly an hour answering all my questions.“

They came in to the property which is a thirty unit condominium, they did an amazing job cleaning this spring they cleared everything removed dead shrubs, trimmed branches in the driveway and parking area, cleared everything out then they put in the mulch it looks amazing everyone was so impressed with the work they did. I highly recommend them they pay very close attention to details and get the job done.
