Actual service was exceptional. Brandon was professional, informative and very pleasant.However, the previous Monday, I was scheduled for 10 to 12. Stayed in all day and they never showed up or called.
The tech was very nice!! He did his best to accommodate what I needed however he was not able to service outside of my house because it was raining. He mainly focused in two areas of my home which was the kitchen and bathrooms. I thought he would go around the entire home. Hopefully next service they can service everywhere.
Very good interaction with phone associate and inspector. They were nice enough to change the appointment with only a day's notice. Good feedback from the inspector re prevention and future maintenance. Recommended!
