Open 24 today
645 Hancock St, Quincy“I’ve been coming to this gym for about a year now, and it has completely transformed how I feel about fitness. Grayson has been my main personal trainer, and he’s genuinely exceptional — consistently prepared, incredibly knowledgeable, and always able to strike that perfect balance between pushing me and supporting me. He pays attention to the details, adjusts sessions based on how I’m feeling that day, and explains the “why” behind every movement. Training with him has made me stronger, more confident, and way more consistent with my routine than I ever thought I’d be.
I’ve also had a few sessions with Chi and Aidan, and each of them brings something unique to the table. Chi, who’s also the owner, deserves a special mention. He’s incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely cares about every person who walks in. You can feel that the community and atmosphere here come directly from his leadership and personality.
The gym is clean, welcoming, and never overcrowded. Workouts are tailored, effective, and actually enjoyable. After a year here, I genuinely look forward to training and feel better than ever.
Couldn’t recommend this place more — if you’re looking for real personal training with trainers who truly care, this is the spot“

1 Longfellow Pl, Boston“I recently completed reformer training with Jill and I had such a wonderful experience training! Jill is so knowledgeable and experienced, but also incredibly down-to-earth and encouraging. From day one, she made me feel completely welcome and supported. I never once felt intimidated, just inspired and excited to keep learning. I’m so grateful for everything she’s taught me so far, and I’m excited for all that’s still to come in such a positive, uplifting space!“

1386a Beacon St, Brookline“I am a pilates beginner and am so happy to have found this studio. I have been taking privates and classes with Siru, and she is so patient and helpful when explaining the movements. My core was shot after my last baby, and I can already feel an improvement. I've also noticed that I can more easily stabilize my core when doing my other workouts now. Highly recommend Passion & Pilates and classes with Siru!“
“I have taken pilates classes for over 15 years at many different gyms/studios. I never felt more supported, appreciated and always challenged by an instructor as I do with Jenn. She truly loves what she does and has created a wonderful pilates community in this little “town”. I leave every class happy I came, invigorated (sweaty) and always wanting another! If you are new to pilates- Jenn is warm, welcoming and somehow makes even the most challenging movements approachable to anyone.“
7AM - 3PM
40 Charles St, Boston“While we all loved Core de Vie when it was on Charles Street it has been closed since the winter of 2020 despite what the Google listing says. I am the co-owner of the new business now located at 40 Charles Street ~ Blackstone's of Beacon Hill“
7AM - 7:30PM
1305 Cambridge St, Cambridge“I can't recommend Fitlab Pilates enough!
I used to take pilates classes frequently and enjoyed it so much, but I ended up moving and eventually found myself unable to find a studio that I clicked well with....until I found Fitlab.
The environment, community and staff are very warm and welcoming upon entrance. The studio is beautiful, clean and spacious.
I truly enjoy the pace/precision of the reformer classes and the individuality of each instructor. You can tell each class is planned and operated as such but allows for modifications or changes as necessary. Details like that assure me that every instructor is knowledgeable and an expert in their field.
Coming here each week has felt so amazing and I am so happy to be back on the reformer.“
6AM - 8PM
376 Boylston St, Boston“I've been coming to Pilates Back Bay for 6 months now and I love it! The studio is beautiful, well equipped, and centrally located. Heather C. is such a fantastic instructor. She is so thoughtful, knowledgeable, and patient. I look forward to our sessions every week. I highly recommend Pilates BB to anyone interested in learning classical Pilates.“

336 Washington St, Dorchester“Really warm, welcoming space. Love the Palestine support on the bulletin board, and immediately felt at home with all the different mods & support from the instructor, Nicky. The class that was in on Monday was super kind, and made me feel ready for more. Incredible first-time experience— would genuinely suggest for everyone interested.“
8:30AM - 4:30PM
16 Elm St, Cambridge“Bottom-line: Helena is a miracle-worker who truly pays attention to what you individually need. She also is fun, engaging, and not judgmental. I’ve been working with her for a couple of years, and she addressed the root causes of my persistent shoulder and neck pain. She draws upon several approaches (she is a licensed massage therapist, certified Pilates instructor, and trained in gyrotonics, among other things), and she has a deep knowledge of anatomy. It would not be going too far to say that she is uniquely skilled. She also creates a unique program for each person, depending on their needs — there is nothing cookie-cutter about her approach. Do not be discouraged if you need to be put on a short waitlist for a consistent appointment time - Helena will keep you updated and is well, well worth the short wait.“
6AM - 7PM
1318 Beacon St #12, Brookline“Align Pilates in Coolidge Corner is a fantastic place. Classes range from privates to small groups up to three people. I continue to get stronger, especially in my core, while enhancing my balance. I highly recommend this studio to anyone looking to get fit while taking an enjoyable class in a very clean studio. You can’t beat the location!“

17 Arlington St, Boston“Amazing option for classical pilates in Boston. The studio is beautiful & instructors are welcoming. Newbury is my favorite Boston Body location.“
“Sonja and the rest of the Pilates Lab team are experts in their field. As a pelvic floor therapist, we trust Pilates Lab with some of our most complex patients because of their therapeutic approach to pilates. They are not a one size fits all type of pilates studio. They really know their anatomy and cater to their clients' dysfunctions. We feel so lucky to have them down the street from us because we can't imagine sending our patients anywhere else! Thank you Sonja for providing such an inclusive pilates studio in Boston!“
7AM - 7PM
12 Temple Street Corner of Temple and, Cambridge St, Boston“The only Pilates studio in New England I trust. Hands down Swan and her team are the best of the best in New England. They have all been through the rigorous Romana's training program and tailor each work out to the individual in a way I’ve never experienced before. My body has completely transformed. I am stronger, fitter, and look and feel better than I did when I was in my twenties.“
