“Fortunately for us, this was the flooring company contracted by our builder. Fergus was such a delight to work with. It was so easy to schedule an appointment to select our tiles and carpeting for our new home. When we arrived Fergus worked with us to help us select the exact bathroom and kitchen tiles, and basement carpeting that we were seeking. “Easy to communicate and their team did an amazing transformation of your floors over a week. We did our floor with the traditional oil based finish, took about three weeks to air out the smell but it was worth it. Before and after pictures here.

Only improvement would be the communication. Job was coordinated by Dan’s son Jimmy, possibly one of the few people who spoke English. Called us about prepping the windows and temperature setting from the second day. He is responsive on text. Discounts for paying in cash / check.“
