“I can’t say enough about the excellent care my father received from Home Instead!
The office staff: Lora, Melissa, Judy, Joanne, Marjorie, Vera, and Wendy were always available to promptly address any questions I needed answered, and to find solutions for all of my father’s many problems.
The Care Pro staff assigned to my father:
Margalita, Samantha, Wydens, Margie, Michelle, and Lucy were all so caring and attentive to my father’s needs.
Home Instead is made up of devoted, knowledgeable people, and they allowed me to have peace of mind, knowing that my dad was safe and being cared for in a professional and friendly manner.”
“I recently had to rent a hospital bed and a lift chair for a family member, and I couldn’t be happier with the service we received. The equipment worked perfectly for our needs and made a tough situation a lot more manageable.
After a while, we decided to purchase some medical equipment instead of renting, and the company was just as helpful with that process. They delivered everything as promised and ensured we had what we needed.
Overall, dealing with this company has been a fantastic experience. If you find yourself in need of rental medical equipment, I highly recommend them! They truly care about their customers.”
